Lions Cup, Helsinki Finland Aug 7-12, 2024
Before departure to Finland..
We were four Norwegians that were invited to join MCN Senators for the Lions Cup. While the North Americans started their journey in Stockholm Aug 4, we were training together at the Wolfpack Camp in Norway and spent some good time together in my house in Son, Norway.

The four of us; Henrik Rosenlund, Ulrik Leinan Rønes, Peder Rødland and myself all train together both at the Nordic Hockey Center Development Program and this week with the Wolfpack team.
Three of us play in the same team in Vålerenga Oslo, so it was very nice to have Peder from Frisk Asker with us the weekend before departure to get to know him better.
We had a great time in Son and the weather was on our side so we also had some fun in the Oslofjord.
We go to Finland
Early morning we met at Gardermoen Airport and checked in. Peder`s fader Terje joined us for the trip and we were excited to meet the team and play our first exhibition game later the same afternoon. Our trip was only 90 min so it was an easy trip.
