Aug-des 2023 - a lot more the hockey!!
Look like we only have been on ice, and yes there are many hours on skates. Two times every week dad and I get up 0530 and go to the local rink and work on hockey skills for two hours before school. I also play indoor landhockey for Soon Innebandyklubb, and during summer at least two sessions a week with the Mountain Bike Club. All this definately builds up my hockey performance and I know I have to work harder than anyone else to achieve my dream.
Mountain bike
Once or twice a week I go mountain-biking with the local club; Soon Cycle Club. I also participated in 4-6 races this year, and actually I am not very far behind the full-time cyclists.

Early-bird
Twice a week Dad and I are going to Moss Ishall at 0600 in the morning for two hours individually training om my areas that need improvement. Every second month we also do tests of speed, and we really have a good time these mornings which we call "Early bird".
The "Mud-run" - "Gjørmeløpet", Moss Nov 5 2023
Every year Moss Skiclub is organizing this cracy mud-race. It is a 10k run in the wet forests and marches in Mossemarka. An unforgettable experiance and I ended up as nr 6 over-all, which I was very happy with.
