We were four Norwegians that were invited to join MCN Senators for the Lions Cup. While the North Americans started their journey in Stockholm Aug 4, we were training together at the Wolfpack Camp in Norway and spent some good time together in my house in Son, Norway.

Just after we came back from Tours and the Bauer World Cup I got the opportunity to go back to France and play for Toronto Elite in the World Selects Invitational in Chamonix, France from 3 to 12th of May

I was so lucky to be invited to join MCN USA for the U13 Bauer World Cup in France. It was so cool to meet a lot of new good friends from US and Canada, and hopefully we can stay in contact in the future.

Nordic Hockey Center has established a training group counting thirteen Swedish and thirteen Norwegian players born 2009-2011. Every player in this group is here because they have high motivation and ambitions with their hockey career. The program runs from Dec 23 and throughout the summer of 24, and is planned to continue into the 24-25 season....

Look like we only have been on ice, and yes there are many hours on skates. Two times every week dad and I get up 0530 and go to the local rink and work on hockey skills for two hours before school. I also play indoor landhockey for Soon Innebandyklubb, and during summer at least two sessions a week with...

On the 8th to 10th of September we hosted Vålerenga Hockey Games at home-ice. We were a total of 8 teams playing from Friday of the finals at Sunday. Our whole hockey family stepped up and they all did a great job.

After an intense hockey summer it was so nice to spend two week at our cottages in Vågå and in Hitra. Both places a great for outdoor activities and it is excellent places to continue training and do other energizing things like fishing, biking, hiking and more.

Straight from Toronto to Sweden. Tried to reduce the jetlag by going to bed early the last days in Canada, but slept well on the plane so it wasn`t too bad. Drove in to Sweden the same evening as we arrived in Norway and up at 0700 the next day to the Clean Drink Summer Camp with Nordic Hockey Center....

This summer I finally got the chance to visit Toronto again, and join the Toronto Maple Leaf Hockey School. It is four years since I was here last time, the Covid 19 stopped my participation the years between.
